1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EDVO Play (“Service”), whether through our mobile application, website, or APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. User Accounts & Authentication

You may register an account using your email or third-party authentication services like Facebook or Google. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

All videos, series, original audio, artwork, visual branding, graphics, and text made available on EDVO Play are the proprietary intellectual property of EDVO Play and its licensors. Content is licensed for personal, non-commercial streaming only. You may not copy, record, redistribute, reverse engineer, or broadcast any content without prior written permission.

4. In-App Wallet, Coins, and Cashouts

• Coins are promotional rewards earned through legitimate platform engagement (such as daily check-ins, watching series, and completed activities).
• Coins have no independent cash value until redeemed through an approved cashout request conforming to platform rules and minimum thresholds.
• Cashout requests are subject to anti-fraud auditing and verification. EDVO Play reserves the right to reject requests or freeze balances associated with fraudulent activities, multiple bot accounts, or policy violations.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

VIP subscriptions provide ad-free playback, early access to episodes, and exclusive content. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle. Pricing is transparently presented in Philippine Pesos (PHP) prior to checkout.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in:

• Attempting to circumvent access controls, encryption, or digital rights management.
• Using automated bots, emulators, or scripts to fraudulently accumulate coins or bypass ads.
• Harassing other users or transmitting malicious software through our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities without prior notice.
