User Data Deletion Instructions

EDVO Play values your privacy and provides full control over your personal data. In accordance with Facebook Platform Rules and data protection standards, this page provides clear instructions on how you can request the permanent deletion of your account and any data associated with your Facebook profile or EDVO Play login.
Method 1: Remove EDVO Play via Facebook Settings
If you signed in using Facebook and wish to revoke access and request deletion of data shared through Facebook:
- Log in to your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Scroll down to Apps and Websites.
- Locate EDVO Play in your active apps list and click Remove.
- In the confirmation window, check the box to request deletion of all posts, photos, or data created by the app, then confirm by clicking Remove.
- You may also click Send Request to notify EDVO Play to delete your user information.
Method 2: Direct Email Request to EDVO Play Support
You can request manual deletion of your account, profile, wallet records, and watch history directly from our systems:
- Send an email to support@edvoplay.com with the subject line “User Data Deletion Request”.
- Include your registered email address or your Facebook User ID (which can be found in your Facebook App settings).
- Our data privacy team will verify the request and permanently delete all personal profile data, authentication tokens, and viewing records within 30 calendar days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the data deletion process is complete.
What Data is Deleted?
Upon receiving a confirmed data deletion request, EDVO Play permanently erases:
- Your account record (email, hashed password, third-party authentication IDs).
- Your watch history, saved favorites, and episode progress.
- Your device push notification tokens and active sessions.
- Note: Financial audit logs and past payout transaction receipts may be archived for a legally mandated period to comply with Philippine tax and anti-fraud regulations.
